Sublime Reach Agreement with Nowell Estate

The surviving members of Sublime have reached a settlement with the family of late singer Bradley Nowell, according to the OC Weekly of Orange County.

Drummer Tim Gaugh and bassist Eric Wilson went on to form the Long Beach Dub All Stars following the death of Nowell, but more recently began touring again under the name Sublime, (a moniker which Nowell had trademarked).

Gaugh, Wilson and the Nowell family have agreed that the musicians can continue to tour, only as "Sublime With Rome," which includes the name of new singer/guitarist Rome Ramirez.
