5:05PM    James Kottak of the Scorpions is in jail in Dubai!  This story is crazy.  Living the rock n roll life.  Way to play the role James.  We don’t endorse this behavior but it should be noted the guy has some balls doing what he did in a Muslim country.  I’ve got to think this is a common attitude amongst people this side of the pond…
